[horde] Fatal Error on Horde

Dear Sir

Thanks for your reply.

I have 30 virtual host on this server.

The permissions of files and directory in "horde"
 directory are :

root:wheel
and some are
root:cpanel


Does changing permission lead to be unaccessible ?
