[horde] Several personalization questions

Hello all!

We're customizing our installation of Horde + IMP, and we have several 
questions:

- Can we disable the use of "keyboard shortcuts" somewhere ?
- Can we disable the use of "White list " and "Black list" in Ingo, 
allowing the use of other rules by each user ? (this is something like a 
requirement from our marketing department)
