[horde] Mark as un-read

Hi List,

When using the latest horde-webmail-1.1-rc3 with Dynamic mode, when I
right click on a read email, I dont see the option to "Mark as Un Read".
I do however see the option to "Mark as Read".

The "Other Actions" drop down also has this issue.

My apologies if this has been resolved in the most recent code.
