[horde] alarm emails problem in horde-webmail-1.1-rc3

I'm getting the following errors from my alarm.php cronjob

and alarm emails are not going out. I've seen 2 threads on the horde 
list that mention it, but nothing there has helped me track this down.

I checked and my Alarm.php is the latest from cvs. Also, I looked at the 
mysql tables and the alarm dates all seem to be set correctly.

How can I get a more detailed error message on this problem?
