[horde] Upgrading horde 3.0.12 to the new Horde Groupware Webmail

Hi,

Currently we have following packages installed

Gollem    H3 (1.0.1)
Horde      3.1.3
Imp         H3 (4.1.3)
Kronolith  H3 (2.1.2)
Mnemo    H3 (2.1.2)
Nag         H3 (2.1.1)
Turba      H3 (2.1.2)

We also modified .php files in each package according to our requirement
and like to know the process on how to implement those changes to Horde
Groupware Webmail 1.0.6. 

Any help will be appreciated.
