[horde] Turba Options Problem

This has now happened through 5 head versions and still occurs with the latest head:
When viewing the addressbook then selecting options:

http://<domain>/horde/services/prefs.php?app=turba

Renders a blank screen.  Then you can sometimes click refresh a few times and it pops up...  Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?  It also happens on Kronolith when licking the option related to address book.  Setting php.ini to display errors renders nothing.

Happens in Firefox, IE and Safari
