All,

Upgrading the framework from the HEAD and receiving the following:

Installing Lock:
 cannot be empty ()
Parsing of package.xml from file "/var/www/new/framework/Lock/package.xml" failed
Cannot initialize '/var/www/new/framework/Lock/package.xml', invalid or missing package file
Package "/var/www/new/framework/Lock/package.xml" is not valid
install failed
