[horde] How to disable user accounts within horde?

We have many authentication options in our set up.

When accounts are compromised it would be useful
for us to be able to disable a particular user
rather than ask the admin of each auth system to
disable the account.

Is is possible to have an account blocklist or something?

I've found that denying remote hosts using compromised accounts
is a cat and mouse game which doesn't stop things for long.
