[horde] Some problems/question for Horde 3.2 / IMP 4.2

My users noted the same thing, but they all seem to have gotten used
to it by now (the complaints only lasted about a week or so, then stopped).

Unless it is because those folders have less than 20 messages in them...
If that's the case, it is a feature...
