The Horde Groupware distributions are missing most of all the MDB2  
drivers in the pear/MDB2/Driver directory. And because of this patch:  
http://cvs.horde.org/co.php?r=1.4&f=groupware%2Fpatches%2Fhorde-lib-core.php.patch installing the pear modules in the 'global' pear directory doesn't help very much. Maybe you have configured horde to use mysqli which isn't included in the  
distribution.

I'm not sure but when looking to this file  
http://cvs.horde.org/co.php?r=1.21&f=groupware%2Fconfig%2Fpear.txt I  
think something went wrong while building the released packages.
