[horde] Issue displaying international characters

Hello:

My system: Horde Group. Web. Edition 1.1.1 on CentOS 5.1, on pt_BR location.

I'm getting messed characters instead of clean holiday titles, like this:

It should be "Dia das Mães" and not "Dia das Mães", and the same thing 
happens with all holiday titles with ã, á, é and so on...

I appreciate any help.
