[horde] Login twice for mail n setting save problem

Hi,

After struggling for many days, I managed to setup HORDE . the problem is When I loging to horde, and tries to check my email , it again ask for user id password screen, therefore I have to login twice with the same ID Passwd to check my emails. How can I setup so one iD works for horde as well as mail too, 

Secondly, when i change the outlook of horde, like colors, adding few items like time, current login details, weather details, next tie I re-login the changes lost,  they r not getting saved.
