[horde] Horde App Setup Pages are blank: Fatal error: Call to undefined method domdocument::load()

I got it to work! I downloaded the 5.2.1 version from  
http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_domxml.dll. Even though that's the  
version I had installed, I think I had a bad build or something.
