[horde] Using a global ldap address book.

Just for future folks who may want to do this.
We wanted to use our central directory for a global read-only address 
book. I edited the sources.php file in turba/config and followed the 
sample in sources.php.dist. I could not see the address book however 
until I set the permissions (under Administration) for address book - 
child => sources.php to show - read for all authenticated users.
One I did this and logged out and logged back in the address book was 
available.
If this is documented somewhere I did not see it.
