[horde] Help New Install Horde Webmail

Looking at this again ..
whats the perms here :
/tmp/cache_369392975c342e1f370936d75cce3031
Any one including the web server should be able to write to /tmp   .. or 
if you dont want to have that set the perms for some location and tell 
horde to write sessions there.
