[horde] PHP errors after webmail 1.2 upgrade

I'm seeing the following 3 errors since upgrading to webmail 1.2.  I'm  
also not seeing any data in the horde_datatree table (there's never  
been any and things have generally worked fine.)  Is anyone else  
seeing these or have an idea as to what I might do to fix them?
