[horde] configuring horde options serverwide

hi - i have a vps server (plesk) on which horde is the webmail application -
i need to set certain options - is there any way that this can be done
serverwide - or that i could change the default options - or does anyone
know where the default options are stored - i could have hundreds of email
addresses to configure and if i could set the default options somewhere it
would save me a lot of work - thanks in advance
