[horde] upgrade from 3.2RC1 to 3.3 : error upgrade db

For the MDB2 , the command pear list return that MDB2 2.4.1 stable is  
installed

I had read the documentation and follow the exact procedure to try the  
upgrade :
1) new sources in a directory horde-webmail-1.2 (in parallel)
2) launch the script /scripts/setup.php
3) choice of upgrade
4) than define the path for the horde installation
5) define the path to the runing actual horde installation
the first steps run without any errors (I think that step is patching  
the config files and copying these files in my new directory )
the second step DB ugrade fails

I have read also in other documentation on the site that the script  
/scripts/upgrade/2008-08-29_fix_mdb2_sequences.php must also be  
executed .. but when ? At witch step ??
