[horde] Confiure/personalise hord on a webserver

My webserver who I am registered to runs Hord. However I have found them to
be quite unhelpfull when it comes to supporting my issues. I have found Hord
to have great potential but I think the way I would like to use it goes a
bit beyond the configuration options inside the webmail client.

For one thing I would like to be able set imp to read emails in HTML by
default. After a little research I found out that it may be possible by
editing server side configuration files. Can somebody tell me if it is
possible and likely that my webserver would have configured the Hord install
so that each registered user had access to their own config files... or does
hord not work like that?
