[horde] Integration of OTRS in HORDE

as mentioned , i have evaluate eGroupware , a quite fantastic package 
but the mail part is not catching the attention , which Horde has.

Can i have the wiki or any link to merge up the two valuable package 
together.

And like Otrs, that functionality is not present is eGroupware as well 
as in Horde, can i have kind of inputs from the list to get the 
functionality of otrs or any other suggested package in HORDE.
