[horde] clicking on the address will compose a new message to sender

Hello Everyone,
                   I have installed the latest version of horde groupware but one of the preference is not working the preference "clicking on the address will compose a new message to sender" in options>mail>Mailbox and Folder Display Options doesn't work. no link is generated when this preference is selected. any help will be appreciated.
