[horde] Metar block showing error with TAF

Hi all,

I noticed an error for portal pages that use the Metar block with TAF  
(Forecast).  At the top of the page, the following warnings are  
displayed:

Notice: Undefined index: validFrom in  
/home/user/public_html/horde/lib/Block/metar.php on line 347

Notice: Undefined index: validTo in  
/home/user/public_html/horde/lib/Block/metar.php on line 347

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in  
/home/user/public_html/horde/lib/Block/metar.php on line 349

And the Metar block contains no forecast.

I am running Horde 3.3.  Is this a known problem?
