[horde] auto_save_drafts in dimp only?

An even simpler solution than auto saving drafts and/or the compose  
session recovery code, and possibly something that could be added  
quickly to the 4.x branch, is to setup a NOOP Ajax Request to be sent  
to the server every few minutes or so (e.g. if session timeout is x  
minutes, send an Ajax Request every x / 2 minutes).
