[horde] Webmail help

Have you actually checked the STMP connection from the Horde server to 
your SMTP server?  It's clearly getting a connection refused error, 
which means the SMTP server isn't allowing your Horde server to connect 
to it.

Please do some basic troubleshooting on your Horde server.
