horde-fw-symlinks.php --src /var/www/html/horde/framework --dest /var/www/pear
horde-fw-symlinks.php --src /usr/local/githorde/framework --dest /var/www/pear
horde-fw-symlinks.php --src /usr/local/horde-hatchery/framework --dest /var/www/pearThe above is from the URL you send me to.  My horde tree is /local/horde, my php tree is /usr/share/pear. I do NOT have a git tree. Based on this, do I have to get the git tree first?

Also, based on what I have and where, do I have to run this only?

horde-fw-symlinks.php --src /local/horde/framework --dest /usr/share/pear
