Don't try, put the correct location in there. Or leave it empty, if
the correct location is set in php.ini.

These are no fatal errors and have nothing to do with your problem.
The log you want to look at is the horde log in /tmp. Though there
wouldn't be much more in it, since you already know that the
connection failed.
