[horde] gpg options not available in dynamic mail

Hello

Perhaps someone has already mentioned it, in which case I am sorry for  
posting it again.

When you compose a message from dynamic mail (using silver surfer  
theme), the usual gpg options to encrypt the message, etc. are not  
visible at the bottom of the pop-up window. Any ideas?
But when the message is written using the classic mail, the encryption  
is visible.
