[horde] View Headers fails in webmail-1.1.5

When viewing a single message:
Click Headers - then Show all headers
It spins for a few seconds then
takes you back to mailbox view and says:
"! Requested message not found."
Here are the properties of the link where it fails:

On a system running horde-webmail-1.1.3 where the link works:
https://redacted.mail.msu.edu/imp/message.php?message_token=7e337d3bc4dc89ffe61ab3baa40665e0&mailbox=INBOX&index=64561&show_all_headers=1

Any ideas?
