Thanks, I've added a new Q & A for starting from scratch with 4.0.  If  
people could give it a try and see what's missing that'd be  
fantastic.  I've written myself a much more detailed install  
procedure, but perhaps it's not necessary (and only appropriate for  
ubuntu hardy.)  If you feel steps are missing, just let me know.

One thing I ran into that I haven't found the best practice for is  
compressing the javascript from the src to js directory.  Is there a  
script to use, or some method to easily change the js path from the  
production horde/js to the development horde/js/src ?
