Hi Jan,

It's my first week at the new job and this is an error that has been
there for quite a while. I won't be able to tell you what changed, I
asked the previous sysadmin and he said nothing. Thanks for taking the
time to help me on this.

And what has changed since then? Don't tell me that nothing had been
changed, stuff doesn't break out of the blue.
