[horde] horde and webmin

Hello!

We use Horde and webmin / virtualmin.
We want solve the following issue:
If we add an user on webmin we want create the horder prefs for the user.
As i saw we need insert to the  horde_prefs table i think we need only 2 
fields there:
1. default_identity - it's ok
2. identities - it's a little problematic.

So the main question is: Has horde any API to create identites hash easily?
Or any manual about how we can create that?
