[horde] Error: Horde_Block__ not found

My log file has tens of thousands of the messages below. They seem to  
happen on each browser refresh. I'm running version 3.3.5-cvs.

It is not obvious to me what the problem is. Could I please get some  
suggestions on how to fix it.
