[horde] Problem of slow with server-side sorting

This is the result of the free command:
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 1010 988 21 0 35 211
-/+ buffers/cache: 742 268
Swap: 2000 139 1860
On the server we have the following services:
Email: Qmail + Vpopmail + IMAP + Simscan + SpamAssassin + ClamAV (Over 4500 email accounts)
Web: Apache + PHP
Database: MySQL
As may increase the RAM?
You should also add a CPU?
