[horde] horde webservice test script

hi all,

this is the test script. once you installed with apt-get all the required 
dependencies, it's ok. 

I got a non-xml response to the    testImportExportVcs test: and you?


1-change config info with user, password, server url.

2- run:
# python soap_test.py
