I see.  Does anyone happen to know when FRAMEWORK_3 will be updated or do we have to wait for the next major release to use TAGS from cvs?  For some reason I was under the impression (about a two years ago) that CVS updates FRAMEWORK_3 with current release patches.  Maybe I'm thinking about one of the other CVS repo's that I pull from for another project (since I pull so much code and everyone seems to do things a little differently).
