[horde] common-footer.inc and common-header.inc not working for dimp

Hello,

I would like to get common-header and footer working for dimp. We have horde
imbeded in an uportal iframe and need to insert javascript code to resize
and avoid double scrollbars.
It seems that dimp is not using headers and footers. How can we insert
javascript code in dimp?
