[horde] much thanks for all the help so far

i appreciate all the assistance as i've frantically tried to upgrade
and configure horde over the last few days, knowing as little about it
as i did when i started.
i'll almost certainly have more questions in the near future but,
for now, the database appears to be upgraded, i can log in, and i'm
starting to install the additional apps, so at least future questions
will involve how to *add to* or *enhance* what i've got, as opposed to
just trying to fix or salvage it something that's broken.
again, lots of thanks.
