[horde] Disable reverse DNS check

Hello,

The login in Horde is very slow (15-17 seconds) from the local network
on a school. The server is in a DMZ on a school.

>From the internet it's OK.

The server cannot do a reverse DNS lookup, that's the problem.
But I don't like to make a reverse DNS of the local netwerk (there is a
reverse DNS, but it's difficult to reach because of a firewall).

Is there a way to disable the reverse-DNS lookup?
