[horde] Disable reverse DNS check

Sorry, I am using an older version, at the moment 3.1.3 and I will
replace it with 3.2.2 (because of Debian security support).

Do you have an idea what I could do to disable the reverse-DNS with this
older version?  So far I see it does not use Net_DNS.
