I gave it a whirl.  I am not that experienced with php and html.  I got 
the calendar to work and I was able to hide the menu but I am not able 
to get the formatting to work for the Day, Week, Work Week, Month and 
Year tabs at the top.  They are not in tab format.  They are just 
links.   I think this line "

|<link href="/calendars/kronolith/themes/categoryCSS.php" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />" is not working?  but I am not sure.

Something wrong with the style.
