[horde] horde upgrade

Read   horde-3.3.3\docs\UPGRADING. 

There is a scrip to upgrade your database. You will need  MDB2_Schema 
and others (MDB2, MDB2_Driver_mysql or MDB2_Driver_mysqli). When I 
did the upgrade I used:

pear install -a MDB2-2.5.0b2 MDB2_Driver_mysql-1.5.0b2
MDB2_Driver_mysqli-1.5.0b2 MDB2_Schema-0.8.4

Then run the upgrade script.
