[horde] Hermes - Invoicing System is not installed

Ok last question for now....I think ;-)

I created a user (which would be a like a employee) and I logged some time under their name. I would like to then be able to log in as admin and see all the employee's time but it seems to be searching for time logged by admin. Is there a way to change that with config?
