This happened because we moved to a different CVS server since the  
last release. Unfortunately the distribution maintainers of our new  
server decided to patch their CVS package to use a different date  
format. Don't ask.

We built our own CVS package without that weird patch now, so this  
should no longer happen in the future. We try to release new patches,  
but I can't make any promises, because our release scripts are not  
designed for that, so we'd probably have to do the patches manually.
