[horde] "sendmail returned error code 127"

Same place i got Horde Webmail Edition
http://www.horde.org :

http://www.horde.org/horde (Horde Application Framework)
http://www.horde.org/webmail (Horde Groupware Webmail Edition)

How does someone login on horde as administrator ?
I couldn't login as administrator.
This is the first time I am hearing this and, believe me,
I've been reading about horde for the last couple of months
non-stop.
