[horde] How to invoke SMTP server on horde ?

Hello again people,

OK, most of the problems have, now, gone away.
I have a working installation of Horde-Webmail and _not_ Horde Framework
(that is, I have a working copy of http://www.horde.org/webmail and have
_not_ installad in another directory "http://www.horde.org/horde").

I did a test message via SMTP from command line to an account in Horde and
the message got delivered.

Next step is to make Horde understand that there is an application out 
there serving SMTP.

Now, this goes back to the "Administration" page ?
OK, so, I change this from the administrator account only ?
There's too much info in there and I don't know where to start from.

Any help would be appreciated as always .
