[horde] IE never remembers username/password

We had a standard install of Horde Groupmail, but for some reason IE is
never prompted to save this information after the form is submitted with
Internet Explorer.

Unfornately 82% of our users are using IE so telling them to get a new
browser is not an option.

I have tried everything in the wiki and even added autocomplete="true"
to the form and still nothing.

 

Is there some javascript that is stopping this from happening?
