[horde] Horde + not detected language of browser ?

   Hi everybody,
   Horde don't want to change language, after logon and before logon.  
Even when I choose "Czech" language and log in, stil I've it in  
English. Version is latest. did I missed something somewhere ? In any  
other installations on other servers I've no problem. This runs on  
suse 11.2, with apache2:
apache2-utils-2.2.13-2.4.1.x86_64
apache2-prefork-2.2.13-2.4.1.x86_64
apache2-2.2.13-2.4.1.x86_64
apache2-mod_php5-5.3.2-1.1.1.x86_6

   Any ideas ?
