[horde] Error while installing

[Romulo]

I'm trying to install the horde 4, and i get this error in test.php:


      Could not find Horde's framework libraries in the following
      path(s): /var/www/horde/lib:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear.
      Please read horde/docs/INSTALL for information on how to install
      these libraries.



I need help.
