Hmmm,

this depends from what you want to "integrate" into your page. 

If you just want to publish the login credential dialog (user / pw) you might use the regarding html part from the browser output of your hordes login screen. May be (if you won't offer the language selector) you have to send the language choice as hidden form field.

In case you want to use horde functionality within your web page (i.e. sIgnaling new / unread emails or reminders) you may use horde libs within your own PHP script (assuming your page allows integration of PHP scripting).
