I strongly believe that running and maintaining a proper network
with users/computer is _not_ a democracy ! So, no, I don't (and
will never) give permissions to users to keep their own white/
blacklists.
Trust me on this.

I use a proxy called ASSP. Can't say how many features it has
here because you will say I am out of context.
